摘 要:采用由荷兰Twente大学控制工程系研发的机电一体化建模软件20-sim,以键合图法实现电磁泵的建模与仿真。在实例模型中,首先实现了单向阀的20-sim模块构造,继而在20-sim环境中,利用键合图法中能够模拟电子域和磁场域间的相互作用的双口元件,建立了电磁泵的键合图模型,仿真结果显示了键合图模型在概念设计阶段的作用。Based on the modeling and simulation software 20-sire developed by Control Engineering Group in University of Twente (The Netherlands), a new method was derived for modeling and simulation for Electromagnetic Pump by using Bond Graph methods. The model for check valve was constructed in 20-sim, and then a new Bond Graph model for Electromagnetic Pump was formed in the environment of 20-sim, by using two -port elements of the Bond Graph methods which could simulate the interaction between the electrical domain and magnetic domain. The simulation results show the high performance of the Bond Graph Pump Model during the concept design period.
