摘　　要：通过分析我国中小企业信用担保体系现状,结合国际经验,从健全各项制度,处理好信用担保机构与政府、银行、外部监管和服务体系的关系等方面提出了对策。This paper analyzes the present situation of credit guarantee system of small and middle-sized enterprise in our country , and with international experience , this paper puts forward the countermeasures from perfecting each system, processing credit guarantee organization , government, bank, exterior supervising and managing and service system＇s relations .
