摘 要:通过内耗检测技术研究了氮对Fe-14.1Mn和Fe-16.5Mn合金阻尼性能的影响。并深入研究了氮对Fe-Mn系合金抗腐蚀性能和相组成的影响。研究结果表明:Fe-14.1Mn比Fe-16.5Mn合金具有更高的阻尼性能;合金中加入质量分数为0.2%的氮,合金的阻尼性能略有改变,合金在固溶处理时,发生了γ-ε转变,转变生成的马氏体越多,合金的阻尼性能越好;并且含氮合金对1 mol/L硫酸水溶液的抗腐蚀性能提高约2倍。The influence of nitrogen content( mass fraction, % )on the damping capacity of Fe-14.1Mn and Fe-16.SMn alloys was studied by using the amplitude-dependent internal friction technique. Also, the effect of nitrogen on phase constitution and resistance to immersion corrosion was investigated. It was found that the Fe-14.1Mn alloy possesses a much higher level of damping capacity than the Fe- 16.SMn alloy. The addition of approximately 0.2% (mass fraction) of nitrogen slightly affects the damping capacity of the Fe-14.1Mn alloy and increases it in the Fe-16.5Mn alloy. The more austenite is converted to martensite, the better damping capacity there is for heat treatment. The corrosion resistance in 1 mot/L sulphuric acid solution is improved by more than twice in beth alloys due to nitrogen alloying.
