摘　　要：金融全球化同时伴随着风险的全球化,远在美国的次级债危机殃及英国诺森罗克银行,储户挤兑和股价暴跌的打击接踵而至,央行和财政部的注资和担保能否拯救该银行,我们不得而知。Finance globlization accompanies with risk globlization.With the subordinated debt crisis broken out in the United States,the bank run and share price slump were broken out in British Northern Rock Bank.We don't know whether the capital input and assure of center bank and treasury department can save the bank or not.
