摘　　要：简要介绍了BOT融资方式,并首次将BOT融资方式引入矿业领域。在借鉴其他行业成功应用BOT融资模式的经验基础上,结合矿业开发的特殊情况,对BOT融资模式在矿业开发中的可行性及其风险进行了较为深入的探讨。This paper introduces the financing mode of BOT to mining development for the first time. The feasibility of BOT financing mode which will be used in mining development is analyzed in detail and the risks are discussed particularly.
