摘 要:目的:从分子水平上找到正常肺组织和癌变组织上的差异。方法:应用激光显微拉曼光谱法对肺癌变及癌旁正常组织冰冻切片进行分析研究。结果:正常肺组织切片的1392cm-1附近的C-H变形振动在癌变组织光谱中向高波数移动约6cm-1;1523cm-1脂类类胡萝卜素的C=C振动谱带在癌变组织光谱中向高波数移动约3cm-1;在正常组织中1610cm-1处谱带的强度明显强于1526cm-1处谱带的强度,而在癌变组织中则相反。结论:肺部正常和癌变组织的激光显微拉曼光谱有显著差异,这些差异有可能成为组织癌变的判据。Objective: To find the differences between normal and cancerous tissues of lung at molicular level. Methods: The co-focus Laser Raman spectrums was applied to the study of the normal and malignant tissue of lung. Results: Experiment results showed that the peak of C-H and C=C shifted to long wavenumber in cancerous tissues; the relative intensity of 1610 cmL was stronger than the relative intensity of 1526 cm^-1 in normal tissues ,but it was reversed in malignant tissues. Conclusion: This shows that obvious differences could be found in the Raman spectrum of the normal and malignant tissue of lung and these differences might be criterion of the diagnosis of cancer.
