摘  要:目的:观察乌头直流电离子导入对关节炎大鼠痛阈的影响。方法:将45只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组(n=15),致炎模型组(n=15)和乌头直流电离子导入治疗组(n=15)。制作大鼠佐剂性关节炎,测乌头直流电离子导入前后佐剂性关节炎大鼠踝周径,以热板反应潜伏期为指标观察大鼠实验后1d,3d,5d,7d,l0d的痛阈变化。结果:治疗组大鼠各时间点热板反应潜伏期均较模型组延长,治疗ld,3d踝关节周径较模型组无明显变化,5d,7d,l0d踝关节周径较模型组减小。结论:乌头直流电离子导入明显影响关节炎大鼠的痛阈。Objective: To observe the effects of the iontophoresis of aconitine on the pain threshold of the rat adjuvant arthritis. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups i.e. normal control group, model group and therapy group, 15 rats each. Tile model of adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats were induced by the injection of complate freuds adjuvant (0.1 mL) in the right ankle joint of rat. The changes of pain threshold within three groups were measured with hotplate latency (HPL), and the content of the swelling joints were measured using the circumference of the ankle joint. Results: Hyperalgesia was observed in the model rats which persisted at least 10 days. At the same time, the pain threshold of the therapy group was improved significantly after treatment. After 5 days' treatment, the pathological changes of the derma became more notable. Conclusion: Iontophoresis of aconitine will greatly lighten the hyperalgesia of the AA rats.
