摘  要:目的:综合分析血管再生过程中各种影响因素的作用,将血管再生在组织工程中的应用予以综述。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline,Pubmed,Elsevier,Ovid等数据库中1995-01/2007-03有关血管再生与组织工程的文章,检索词为"tissueengineering,neovascularization",限定语言种类为英文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选择与血管再生及组织工程有关的文章,筛除与以上要求无明显关系的文章以及重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到相关的研究文献115篇,排除陈旧或重复的研究,选择其中的50篇纳入研究。资料综合:血管再生是一个复杂的过程,包括血管内皮细胞及其前体细胞对各种血管生长因子的反应,以及新生血管的形成和塑形过程。目前主要有3种途径促进组织工程构建物中血管的再生:应用血管形成前体细胞即血管内皮祖细胞进行局部或全身治疗;应用复合细胞因子的生物材料;基因治疗。结论:血管再生过程中受多种因素的影响,在组织工程构建物中成功实现血管再生,将极大的促进组织工程学的发展。OBJECTIVE:To analyze various kinds of influential factors in neovascularization and review the application of neovascularization in tissue engineering. DATA SOURCES: With the key words of “tissue engineering, neovascularization”, Medline, Pubmed, Elsevier and Ovid databases were undertaken to identify articles on tissue engineering and neovascularization published between January 1995 and March 2007 in English. STUDY SELECTION: The data were selected firstly, all articles related to the tissue engineering and neovascularization were selected. Obvious unrelated literatures or repetitive study were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 115 related articles were collected, and repetitive or old studies were excluded, and 50 literatures of them were collected. DATA SYNTHESIS: Neovascularization is a complicated course, including a pleiotropic response of endothelial cells and its progenitors with various kinds of vascular growth factor, and formation and remodeling of new blood vessels. At present, mainly 3 approaches can be used for promoting neovascularization in tissue engineering, namely precursor calls Le. endothelial progenitor cells for local or general therapy, biological materials of complex cytokine and gene therapy. CONCLUSION: Neovascularization is affected by multiple factors. Successfully achieve neovascularization in engineered tissue will promote the development of tissue engineering overwhelmingly.
