摘 要:运用传统杂交方法,以红刺玫为父本、现代月季"锦寒1号"为母本进行远缘杂交,获得6株杂交F_1后代。本文利用形态学观察与SSR分子标记相结合对5个单株进行杂种鉴定,结果确定为红刺玫和锦寒1号的杂交后代,其中杂5-2和杂5-4与父本聚为一组,杂5-1、杂5-3和杂5-6与母本聚为一组。In this paper we had got six F1 hybrids that derived from the combinations of Rosa multiflora Thunb. var. cathayensis Rehd. et Wils. and modem rose by using the conventional approach of hybrid breeding program. The hybrids were validated based on morphological traits and SSR markers. The results confirmed that the obtained F1 hybrids were derived from the crosses between R. multiflora and Modem Rose "Brocade Cold 1 ". The hybrids, Hybri5-2 and Hybri5-4, were grouped to the R. multiflora and Hybri5-1, Hybri5-3, and Hybri5-6 were belonged to the group of"Brocade Cold 1 ".
