摘　　要：货物品质是买卖合同的重要条款,买卖双方交接货物时的品质依据,要掌握合同货物品质规定的方法和注意问题,防止出现业务纠纷。这包括将货物的质量要求表达具体、科学,规定明确的检验方式,如果是货到商检,就必须在合同上明确规定商检时间和列明商检机构的名称。Quality of commodity is a very important clause, so we need to master the regulated method of quality and pay attention to some problems in case of disputes. It includes express requirements of quality clearly, regulate the method of inspection, regulate the specific inspection time for arrival inspection and regulate the name of inspection organization.
