摘　　要：目的:探讨注射隆乳术后并发感染的有效治疗方法。方法:对比分析4年间我科收治的17例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(PAHG)注射隆乳术后感染患者临床表现、诊疗经过、细菌培养结果及术后2年随访情况,总结注射隆乳术后感染的治疗经验。结果:经术中彻底破坏脓腔分隔,尽可能清除注射物,术后含抗生素生理盐水脓腔持续冲洗引流治疗后所有感染均得到有效控制。术中脓腔分泌物细菌培养阳性5例,分别为表皮葡萄球菌、埃希氏大肠杆菌、G+厌氧球菌、滕黄微球菌及乳酸杆菌。术后半年5人再次行硅凝胶假体隆乳术,其中1人复发感染,余病人随访2年均无复发感染,但术后患侧乳房均存在不同程度萎缩。结论:经术中彻底清除异物,术后持续冲洗引流可有效控制注射隆乳术后感染。Objective To explore an effective therapeutic method on infection after augmentation mammaplasty by polyacrylamide hydrogel （PAHG）. Methods 17 infected patients after PAHG injection augmentation mammaplasty have been treated in our hospital in the past 4 years. And some effective treatment methods were summarized from the observation and analysis of their clinical manifestations, theropy process, microbiological culture result and follow-up situations in 2 years. Results By cleaning abscess,removing PAHG completely, and flushing continuously with antibiotics after operation, all the patients were cured. In microbiological culture, 5 kinds of microbacterias were found individually in secretion of 5 patients, which were Staphylococcus Epidermidis,Escherichia Coli,G＋anaerobic Cocci, Micrococcus and Bacillus Acidi Lactici. Half a year later after operation, 5 patients had prosthesis augmentation mammaplasty, and 1 patient got infected again. Other 16 patients have no recurrence in 2 years ,but all breasts shrank partly after operation. Conclusion Serious infection after augmentation mammaplasty can be controlled efficiently when PAHG is removed completely and continuous flushina is followed up
