摘　　要：目的:评价提上唇肌复合肌瓣提升术在面中份年轻化手术中的作用。方法:采用外路睑袋手术入路,按常规处理睑袋脂肪后,沿眶下缘行骨膜切开,骨膜下剥离。提升提上唇肌复合肌瓣附着点,并将其重新固定在眶缘上。结果:因提上唇肌复合肌瓣整体上移了3～5mm,掩盖了部分眶鼻沟及眶下骨轮廓,并附带将其表层的皮肤略微上提,使鼻唇沟变浅。结论:睑袋成形术与提上唇肌复合肌瓣提升术联合应用可以使眶下面中份达到年轻化美容效果。Objective Effect in the become younger in average age operation estimating that muscle compound muscle is hit by share piece of lifting skill in mentioning upper lip. Conclusion With mentioning upper lip, muscle compound muscle piece of lifting skill unity applies the eyelid bag forming skill being able to make an eye socket reach become younger in average age effect in underneath.
