快速推注生理盐水在静脉硬化患者穿刺输液中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察快速推注生理盐水方法在解除静脉硬化患者输液堵塞中的效果。方法观察组31例，静脉硬化患者输液堵塞时，快速推注生理盐水至病人血管内，观察药液滴速情况；对照组23例，采用局部热敷、松止血带、调整针位等方法，并观察药液滴速情况。结果两组方法成功例数统计学比较有显著性差异（χ^2=7．953，P=0．005），快速推注生理盐水方法能取得更好的效果。结论快速推注生理盐水方法能有效地解决静脉硬化患者输液堵塞，值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。Objective：To observe the effect of the bolus Sodium Chloride in reliefing venipuncture transfusion clogging on venous sclerosis patients , Methods：54 cases venous sclerosis patients which happen venipuncture transfusion dogging were randomly divided into two groups, one group was adopt the bolus Sodium Chloride, a group was been conventional comparison group; Results：There were very significant differences（ χ^2 = 7.953,P=0.005） in achievement ratio among two group;Conclusions： The bolus Sodium Chloride is an effectual approach to relieve veniptmcture transfusion clogging,which is worth to be spreaded in clinical nursing activity.
