摘  要:建立不需形成螯合物的浊点萃取-石墨炉原子吸收法测定水中铊a田D的新方法。用浊点萃取技术富集水中铊a田D,石墨炉原子吸收法测定。经考察,浊点萃取环境水体中铊a田D的最优条件为pH12,90℃水浴2h,Triton X-114浓度2.0g/L;在优化后实验条件下,方法测定铊a田D的检出限为0.018彬L;相对标准偏差为8.89%-13.7%(C=0.1μg/L及1.0μg/L,n:7);加标回收率为98.0%-101%。本法适于水中痕量铊(Ⅲ)的测定。A cloud point extraction method was developed for the separation and preconcentration of thallium, after adding Triton X Then the thallium(Ⅲ) -114 to the solution, the thallium(Ⅲ) can be extracted directly by the cloud point method. was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimal conditions included pH 12.0, heating 2 h at 90℃ with the concentration of Triton X-114 2.0 g/L. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limit of thallium in water was 0.018 μg/L. And the relative standard deviations were 8.9% and 13.7 % ( C =0. 1 μg/L and 1.0 μg/L, n =7). The recovery for the standard addition in surface waters was 98.0% - 101%. The proposed method was simple, rapid and applied to surface water determination with satisfactory results.
