摘  要:采用改进的喷雾热解法合成了发光性能优异的(Y,Gd)BO3:Eu红色荧光粉,通过调节前驱体溶液的性质改善了荧光粉产物的形貌特征以提高其物理和光学性能。结果表明,在前驱体溶液中加入氨水能够影响喷雾热解过程中液滴中颗粒生成方式,以控制产物颗粒形貌,经后续热处理后获得了无团聚的致密球形荧光粉颗粒:由X射线衍射分析可知,在1100℃下后续热处理3h可以获得结晶良好的所需纯相物质。同时也考察了激活剂浓度对(Y,Gd)BO3:Eu荧光粉体发光强度的影响;在优化的掺杂浓度下,采用氨水改性的前驱体溶液经过喷雾热解,热处理后获得荧光粉产物具有优良的发光强度。The spherical phosphor of (Y,Gd)BO3:Eu with high-luminescence was synthesized by spray pyrolysis for plasma display panel application and the morphology of phosphor particle was controlled by adjusting the precursor solution to be sprayed. This synthetic route was adopted to enhance physical and optical properties of spherical phosphors. It was demonstrated that, the ammonia-modified precursor solution had a good effect on particle formation mechanism and the morphology of phosphors synthesized with ammonia-modified spraying solution showed remarkable improvement. As a result, the spherical and dense particles with regular morphology were obtained after post heat treatment, and according to XRD analysis the pure (Y,Gd)BO3:Eu phosphor particles post-treated at 1100℃ for 3h showed high crystallinity. Meanwhile, the effect of activator concentration on the phosphors luminescence intensity was investigated; with optimal doping concentration, the spherical phosphor particles showed excellent red emission intensity by the ammonia -assisted route.
