摘 要:采用燃烧法合成了SraCeO4荧光粉,并利用XRD、FL等技术系统地研究了该荧光粉合成过程中原料配比、添加物乙二醇、H2O2、焙烧时间等工艺条件对物相结构、发光性能的影响.研究表明在1100℃焙烧条件下,随着甘氨酸与硝酸根的摩尔比由0.5:1减少为0.1:1,发光强度先升高后降低;添加适量的乙二醇能有效地提高发光强度;H2O2能有效抑制燃烧的剧烈程度,提高产率;随着焙烧时间由1h延长至3h,发光强度也呈现先升高,后降低的变化趋势,说明适当的延长焙烧时间有利于材料结晶完整。Sr2CeO4 phosphor was synthesized successfully by combustion process. The influences of technological parameters on the structures and luminescent property of the phosphor, such as the ratio of materials, addition of glycol and H2O2, calcination time and so on, were investigated by XRD, Fluorescence speetrophotometer. The results show that under the calcination temperature of 1100℃, the intensity of luminescence increases firstly and then decreases along with the mole ratio of Glycine to NO3 from 0.5:1 to 0.1:1. Furthermore, the addition of proper amount of ethylene glycol can improve the luminescent intensity of the target effectively, while the addition of H2O2 can make the combustion mildly and obtain high yield. With the variation of calcination time from lh to 3h at 1100℃, the intensity of luminescence also increase firstly and then decreases, which indicates that prolonging calcination time properly is beneficial to obtain perfect crystal of the target.
