摘 要:用固相法制备出了Eu^2+,Dy^3+共掺杂Sr4Al7O25:Eu^2+,Dy^3+、SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+长余辉发光材料。研究了硼酸含量对其制备过程及发光性能的影响。用XRD对所合成材料进行物相分析,用荧光光谱仪记录其发射光谱,并在暗室里拍摄紫外激发下的发光照片。结果表明:随着硼酸加入量的不同,Eu^2+、Dy^3+共掺杂铝酸锶的发光效果、形貌特征均不同。在某一范围内,随着硼酸添加量的增加,材料的发光性能、发光亮度均有所提高,烧结温度有所降低。Long persistence phosphor of Eu^2+, Dy^3+ co-doped Sr4Al7O25:Eu^2+, Dy^3+ and SrAl2O4:Eu^2+, Dy^3+ were prepared by solid-state reaction method. The influence of B2O3 addition on the prepare process and luminescent properties of Eu^2+,Dy^3+ co-doped alkaline earth aluminates were studied by varied contents of B2O3. To analysis the role of B2O3, phase identification was carried out by X-ray powder diffraction, and emission spectra were recorded using a luminescence spectrometer, luminescence photo were taken in a dark room after excited by UV. The results indicated that with the increase of B2O3 contents, luminescence property and appearance character for Eu^2+, Dy^3+ co-doped strontium aluminates long persistence phosphor were different. In some range, with the increase of B2O3 contents, luminescence property and luminescence intensity was enhanced, but the sintering temperature was lowed.
