摘 要:YBCO涂层超导由于其自身的本征特征和潜在的应用前景,一直以来都是人们的研究热点。为了实现其实用化,提高YBCO涂层超导的导电能力十分关键.采用成本低廉的TFA-MOD方法,通过多次涂覆在LaAlO3基底上制备了厚度达到1μm的YBCO厚膜,并研究了厚度对YBCO膜的微观结构、取向、表面形貌以及超导性能的影响。通过比较发现,多层薄膜的,Ic均高于单层薄膜,其中两层薄膜的,c最高,达到了114A/cm带宽,是单层薄膜,C的2.7倍。Recently, YBCO coated conductor is paid more and more attention worldwide due to its intrinsic character and potential applications. In order to realize its industrialization, it is essential to improve the superconductiing properties of YBCO coated conductors. In this study, YBCO thick films with lima of thickness were deposited on LaAlO3 substrate by multi-coating using low-cost TFA-MOD method and the influence of film thickness on texture, surface morphology and superconducting properties of as-grown films was investigated. By comparison, it was found that the critical current (Ic) of all multi-layer YBCO films are higher than that of the mono-layer film. The highest I, value of 114A/cm-width was obtained in the bi-laver film. being a factor of 2.7 when comoared to that of the mono-laver film.
