摘  要:用合成的β-环糊精交联聚合物与中性红间的超分子作用及与戊二醛的缩聚作用,将介体和酶共同固定在电极上,制成的过氧化氢传感器有良好的稳定性和充分的电子流动性,在pH6.50的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,100mV/s的扫速条件下,以-0.8~0.4V范围内用循环伏安法对过氧化氢溶液进行扫描测定分析,实验结果显示,还原峰电流与过氧化氢浓度在5.8×10^-6~4.5×10^-3mol/L范围内成良好的线性关系,相关系数达0.9832,检出下限为6-3×10^-7mol/L。用于样品测定,效果良好。A polymeric β-cyclodextrin is prepared, the polymers and neutral red with horse radish peroxidase enzyme formed a adoptive film-modified glassy carbon electrode, its electrochemical behavior towards the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide is investigated .The Experimental results show that polymer modified electrode could reduce the oxidation overpotential of hydrogen peroxide with the increasing of value of pH6.50 of phosphate buffer solution, the peak current of oxidation is proportional to the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and a good linear relation from 5.8×10^-6~4.5×10^-3mol/L (r=0.9832) with a detection limit of 6-3×10^-7mol/L is obtained. The methods have been applied to determine hydrogen peroxide in samples, satisfactory results are obtained.
