摘 要:采用原位化学氧化聚合法在电容器芯包铝箔上形成聚吡咯(PPY)阴极层而制备出固体铝电解电容器。主要研究聚合反应液的有机溶剂种类、溶剂比例、氧化剂种类、漫渍反应次数对电容量的影响.实验结果表明:氧化剂选用过硫酸铵,溶剂为乙醇和水的混合溶剂且体积比V(无水乙醇):V(水)为1:2,低温反应3次制备电容器的电容量最高,约为标称电容量的90%。Conducting polymer cathode layer of polypyrrole, PPY, were prepared via chemical oxidative polymerization of pyrrole monomer for solid aluminum capacitors. The samples were reacted in such kind of capacitor core in winding structure. The effects of the proportion of solution solvents, reaction times, different kinds of organic solvents and oxidizers on the capacitance of samples were investigated. Best reaction conditions were as following, APS as oxidizer, absolute ethanol and deionized water were used as solvents with the volume ratio of 1 : 2, three times of reaction at low temperature, with maximum capacitance of samples, about 90% of the rated capacitance.
