摘 要:采用乳化机将MAS(MgO-Al2O3-SiO2)系微晶玻璃粉与有机组分均匀混合制成浆料,流延出生带。研究了流延工艺中多种因素对生带厚度、浆料干燥成膜过程及规律的影响。结果表明:乳化机混料的效果与传统的球磨方式相同。生带厚度主要由刮刀间隙控制,流延速度对其影响很小;温度越高,浆料干燥速率越快。较佳的流延工艺参数为:刮刀间隙300μm,流延速度6mm/s,干燥温度25℃。The green tape was fabricated using the slurry were maded from MAS(MgO-Al2O3-SiO2) series glass-ceramics as functional phase, and the organic components to match it, with emulsifying machine mixer. The effects of varies factors on green tape thickness and the drying and filming process and law of slurry were studied. The results show that emulsifying machine mixer is the same effect as milling mixer. Tape thickness is mainly decided by blade gap, tape casting rate' effects is not obvious. The temperature is more, the slurry drying rate is faster. The better tape casting technical parameters are decided as: blade gap is 300μm, casting speed is 6mm/s, drying temperature is 25℃.
