摘 要:提纯后的转炉烟尘通过还原、氮化处理生成氮化铁磁粉(γ′-Fe4N),用穆斯堡尔谱和X射线衍射(XRD)对γ′-Fe4N磁粉的微观结构进行了研究,并用振动样品磁强计(vSM)测量了样品的磁性,讨论了形成条件对γ′-Fe4N结构与磁性的影响。The iron nitride magnetic powder γ′-Fe4N was prepared by means of the reducing and nitriding for purified converter sludge. The microstructure of γ′-Fe4N was checked by Mossbauer spectroscopy(MS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The magnetic properties were measured by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). In addition, the effect of forming conditions on the microstructure and magnetic property were initially discussed.
