摘 要:对MR阻尼器的基本工作模式和原理进行了分析,总结了MR阻尼器对磁流变液性能的基本要求,从阻尼间隙宽度、活塞有效长度、活塞及活塞杆直径等方面分析了MR阻尼器结构参数的设计原则,探讨了MR阻尼器的线圈缠绕方式确定、磁芯材料选择和磁路计算方法,概括了MR阻尼器设计中应注意的关键性技术问题,可为磁流变器件的设计提供技术参考和经验借鉴。The operational modes and principle of Magnetorheological(MR) damper was analyzed in detail. The basic demands of MR Fluid for MR damper were generalized. Design techniques of MR damper's structural parameters such as the damping gap, length of piston, diameter of piston and piston pole were discussed, and some points on magnetic circuit design of MR damper such as winding modes, selecting magnetic core material and magnetic circuit calculation were investigated. By summarizing the deign experience, some important technical points were generalized which can be guides to MR fluids devices design.
