摘 要:以钛酸丁酯、无水乙醇为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法在常压干燥下制备了TiO2气凝胶光催化剂。用XRD、SEM、BET和TGA等手段研究了不同热处理温度对其结构的影响。结果表明,TiO2气凝胶晶型由锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变温度在400~500℃之间,700℃时全部以金红石相存在。随着温度升高,TiO2晶粒的尺寸略有变大,样品的比表面积减小,平均孔径先增大后减小。TiO2气凝胶颗粒大小为0.2mm左右,尺寸较大,便于再回收利用。甲基橙溶液降解实验结果表明,随着温度升高,TiO2气凝胶的催化性能降低,400℃热处理的TiO2气凝胶在紫外光照120min时对20mg/L的甲基橙溶液的降解率达到92.9%。Titania aerogel photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method and ambient-drying. The effects of calcination temperature of the photocatalysts on their structures were studied based on results of XRD, SEM, BET and TGA. Results show that the crystal structure of titania is changed from anatase to rutile at 400-500℃, and anatase is disappeared at 700℃. With the rise of the calcination temperature, the titania crystal size is increased, the surface area is decreased, and the pore size is increased firstly and then decreased. The size of titania aerogel particles is about 0.2 mm, they are easy to recycle. The degradation experiments of methyl orange show that the catalytic activity of titania aerogel is decreased with the rise of the calcination temperature, the degradation ratio of methyl orange reaches 92.9% in 120 rain while it is degraded by titania aerogels which are calcined at 400℃ in UV light.
