摘 要:针对一种蒸发式冷凝器系统换热器盘管表面的易结垢现象,采用高精度摄像仪观察法、红外温度摄像仪及热电偶温度测量手段,对绿色阻垢剂(聚天东冬氨酸PASP)抗垢强化传热性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,在管内放热实验中,采用绿色阻垢剂后的管表面温度平均比污垢管表面温度高4~8℃,前者喷淋循环冷却水温度升高基本维持在0.5~0.6℃/min的水平,而污垢管实验中喷淋循环水温升维持在0.3~0.4℃/min的水平。说明在循环水中加入绿色阻垢剂后,污垢热阻大大减少。Aiming at the scaling problem on the surface of a evaporative condenser heat exchanger tube, by using high degree of accuracy photograph, infrared thermogram and method of temperature measurement with thermocouple, the anti-fouling experiment of green scale inhibitor (PASP) in open type heat exchanger for heat transfer enhancement is conducted. The result indicates the temperature on the surface of heat transfer tube in the recycled water system with green scale inhibitor is above about 4-8℃ than that of without any scale inhibitor, elevated temperature of spray recycled water with green scale inhibitor maintain at the level of 0.5-0.6℃/min, the other one is at the level of 0.3-0.4℃/min. This means by using green scale inhibitor, the fouling heat resistance largely reduced, it act as role of heat transfer enhancement.
