摘  要:介绍了一种操作简单且广泛适应于多种材料的涂层制备工艺,在制备过程中,以粒度精细,分散度好的铁电,铁磁微粉和挥发平缓,且在450℃前挥发完全的聚丙烯酸酯不干胶为原料,经过简单的涂抹工艺后得到涂层。在退火过程中控制升温速率,可得到平整的高质量涂层表面。通过控制涂层退火温度可以得到浸润性由超疏水到超亲水变化的涂层表面,扫描电镜图像显示涂层表面呈现阶层结构,表面晶粒和孔洞尺寸随退火温度升高而增大。A simple but comprehensive effectual method was employed to fabricate several kinds of coatings. Ferroelectric and ferromagnetic micro-powder, which were well dispersed, were mixed with incondensable polyacrylate glue that could be gently removed before 450℃. Coatings were prepared by using spin coatings technics. It was necessary to adjust the rate of temperature growing in the process of annealing to obtain high quality coatings. At last, superhydrophobic-superhydrophilic coatings were obtained annealing at different temperatures. SEM images show growing size of the crystal particles and caves being ascribed to increasing annealing temperature.
