合成方法对碳酸锂粉体性能的影响

摘  要:研究了不同晶形的碳酸锂粉体的制备方法,最佳的合成工艺条件为:(1)以LiOH·H2O和NH4HCO3为原料,LiOH·H2O的浓度为10.5%(质量分数),反应时间20min,反应温度45℃,干燥温度240℃,干燥时间2h,得到直径为300-400nm、表面较为完整,均匀性和流动性较好的球形碳酸锂;(2)以LiOH·H2O和CO2为原料,CO2流量1L/min,反应温度40℃,干燥温度240℃,干燥时间2h,制得长约5μm,径约1μm的棒状碳酸锂粉体,粉体的颜色极白,均匀性和流动性较好。Study the produce method of different crystal shape powdered lithii, the best processing conditions turned out to be as following: (1)Raw material is LiOH·H2O and NH4HCO3, LiOH·H2O quantity density is 10.5%, respond time is 20 min, respond temperature is 4512, dry temperature is 24012, dry time is 2h, get the spherical lithii, which has diameter as 300-400nm, quite integrity surface, good even and liquidity; (2)Take LiOH·H2O and CO2 as the raw material, keep the current velocity of carbon dioxide for 1L/h, CO2 discharge is 1L/min, respond temperature is 4012, dry temperature is 24012, dry time 2h, get the stick lithii, which has length as 5μm, diameter as 1μm, the powdered lithii color is very white, even and liquidity are quite good.
