摘 要:用含氟丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯,乳液共聚法获得具有核壳结构的水性PUA纳米复合乳液,详细考察了PU/PA质量比、HEA用量、DMPA用量等对乳液涂膜性能的影响;实验结果表明该乳液粒径在100nm左右,乳液涂膜具有良好的力学性能,当含氟单体含量为5%时,其表面自由能为20.8mJ·m^-2,耐水性能也得到显著提高。aqueous polyurethane was modified by flouring-containing acrylate. Core-shell type PUA Nano-composite emulsion was obtained by emulsion copolymerization. The effects of PUA films performance were discussed in details by such factors as mass ratio of polyurethane to polyacrylate, dosages of HEA and DMPA. The results of experiments show that the radius of the PUA Nano-composite emulsion is about 100mn. The films have nice mechanics performances. The surface free energy was 20.8 mJ·m^-2 when the flouring-containing acrylate mass ratio was 5%. And the water-resistance properties of the PUA films were dramatically improved.
