摘  要:以Ti粉、B4C粉、石墨和蔗糖(C的前驱体)为原料,采用机械粘结法制备了Ti-B4C-C系复合粉,采用前驱体法制备了Ti-B4C-C-蔗糖系复合粉,并分别利用两种复合粉进行自反应喷射成形试验,获得了Ti(C,N)-TiB2复合陶瓷坯件。通过XRD、SEM等方法观察了复合粉与喷射沉积坯件的组织结构,分析了其相组成,并测试了成形坯件的孔隙率及断裂韧性等力学性能,对比分析了复合粉制备工艺对喷射成形材料组织结构及性能的影响。研究结果表明:与机械粘结法制备的,Ti-B4C-C系复合粉相比,采用前驱体法制备的Ti-B4C-蔗糖系复合粉内部粘结强度稍低,但粉体内部混合更均匀,各组元间接触更充分,因而自反应喷射成形过程中的SHS反应更加充分。二者喷射成形所得材料均以Ti(C,N)-TiB2主相、部分钛的氧化物为副产物相,并有一定孔隙。但Ti-B4C-蔗糖系复合粉喷射沉积坯件副产物相少,组织均匀致密,且材料的断裂韧性高,综合性能明显优于Ti-B4C-C系复合粉喷射沉积坯件。Mechanical adhesion method was used to prepare Ti-B4C-C composite powders and precursor method was adopted to prepare Ti-B4C-sucrose composite powders with the raw materials of Ti, B4C, graphite powders and sucrose (precursor of C). And the Ti(C,N)-TiB2 composite ceramic preforms were prepared by the self-reactive spray forming technology with the composite powders. The structure and constitutes were analyzed by the methods of XRD and SEM, the properties of porosity and fracture toughness of the preforms were tested, and the influence of the preparation technology of the composite powders on the structure and properties of the preforms were contrastively analyzed. The results show that compared with the Ti-B4C-C composite powders prepared with mechanical adhesion method, the Ti-B4C-sucrose composite powders prepared with precursor method have lower interior adhesive strength, but the raw components in them mix more uniformly and contact tighter, which makes the SHS reaction of them during the self-reactive spray forming process take place more sufficiently. The two kinds of spray formed preforms are both composed of Ti(C,N)-TiB2 main phases, titanium oxide by-product phase and some pores. Whereas there are less kinds and content of by-product phases in the preforms spray formed with Ti-B4C-sucrose composite powders, and the materials are uniform and dense, with higher fracture toughness. The overall properties of the preforms are obviously better than that of the preforms spray formed with Ti-B4C-C composite powders.
