摘 要:分析了纺织复合材料和陶瓷的低速冲击性能,并以此为理论基础,剖析陶瓷/复合材料装甲板受弹头冲击时的防弹机理,并建立此过程的动态分析模型,讨论和预测复合装甲的损伤和破坏,为复合材料在复合装甲上的应用和防弹能力预测提供理论分析依据。Along with the development of technology, many important components of aircrafts, astronautics, watercrafts, automobiles and weapons are made of composites. In this article, low speed impact properties of textile composites and ceramics are analyzed. On this basis, the bullet-proof mechanism of an armor panel made of the materials impacted by bullet is discussed, and dynamic analysis model of impact process is then built. This model can be used to predict the damage and crack of a composites armor, which provide theoretical analysis basis for application of the composites armor and prediction of bullet proof ability.
