摘　　要：高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术自诞生以来飞速发展,在中药成分分析中已得到广泛应用。本文介绍了近年来HPLC–MS联用技术在中药指纹图谱建立、结构鉴定以及定量分析等方面的应用及其发展前景。The technology of HPLC-MS has rapidly developed and been widely applied to analyze the component of Chinese Traditional Medicine.This article introduced the recent application of HPLC-MS technology in study on the fingerprints,identification and quantitative analysis of Chinese Traditional Medicine and the developing forground of HPLC-MS technology.
