大学生艾滋病相关性观念和性行为的定性研究

摘　　要：目的通过了解在校大学生的性观念、性行为的状况以及他们对健康教育的需求,探讨适宜在高校推广的大学生预防艾滋病健康教育与行为干预模式。方法选择昆明3所高校的在校大学生86人,进行个人深入访谈和专题小组讨论。结果当代大学生性观念日趋开放,但普遍缺乏自我保护的意识,对预防艾滋病健康教育有强烈的需求,但对学校目前采用的健康传播方式普遍不认可。结论大学生是艾滋病的脆弱人群和预防艾滋病健康教育的重点人群,应针对行为改变来探索有效的大学生预防艾滋病健康教育与行为干预的方法。Objective To explore health education models of AIDS prevention and behavioral intervention which can be popularized in universities through knowing about the college students＇ sexual attitudes, behavior and their needs for health education. Methods 86 college students from three colleges in Kunming were selected to conduct in-depth interview and focus group discussion. Results College students had an open attitude towards sex, but were lack of awareness of self-protection. They had strong needs for health education on AIDS/HIV and do not accept the communication methods adopted currently by the universities and colleges. Conclusion The college students are the vulnerable group to AIDS/HIV and the key population of health education of AIDS/HIV prevention. Aimed at the behavioral changes, the effective ways of health education of AIDS/HIV prevention and behavioral intervention should be explored for the university students.
