目标性监测在预防神经外科留置尿管患者尿路感染中的作用

摘　　要：目的降低留置导尿管患者尿路院内感染风险。方法采用目标性监测,实施前瞻性干预与控制。结果神经外科留置导尿管患者平均置管时间缩短4.8d,尿路感染发生率由20.1%下降至8.03%。结论采用前瞻性干预与控制,可降低留置导尿管患者尿路的院内感染。Objective To reduce urinary tract infection of patients retaining ureter within hospital. Method Taking tarket monitoring to carry out prospective intervention and control. Results The average retaining ureter time of patients retaining ureter from meurosurgery is shorted 4.8d, urinary tract infection rate is dropped from 20.1% to 8.03%. Conclusion Prospective intervention and control can reduce urinary tract infection of patients retaining ureter within hospital.
