摘　　要：目的评价实验室质量管理体系运行的有效性和可靠性。方法选择2005-2007年的内审不符合项性质及数据，分析实验室质量管理体系运行状况。结果2005-2007年内审发现的不符合项分别为38、35、26项，分布在各个部门，涉及要素的66．67％。结论实验室质量管理体系得到良好运行，保持了持续改进，但仍存在薄弱环节和不足之处。Objective Estimate the validity and authenticity of the center quality management. Methods Analyses the operational state of Laboratory Quality Management System according to the characters and data what were discrepancy from 2005 to 2007. Result Nevertheless there were still some weaks and insufficiency. Conclusion Laboratory Quality Management System run well and had kept on improvement.
