摘  要:目的观察健康教育对慢病相关检测指标的干预效果,探讨健康体检后对体检人群实施健康教育的途径和方法。方法选取十堰市城区某省级重点高中2004、2006两年均在册的237名教师的体检结果,对其中血液流变学等5种慢病相关检测指标进行比较,评估健康教育对慢病相关检测指标变化的影响。结果实施健康教育后,相同人群两年体检结果比较,5种慢病相关检测指标中的4种得到明显改善。干预后血液流变学,脂肪肝,血压、血糖、血脂检查异常率,分别由干预前的44.30%、37.97%、17.30%、18.99%和36.71%下降到18.99%、18.99%、16.03%、11.81%和15.19%。仅血压异常一项干预前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),其他4项均存在显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论健康教育对慢病相关检测指标有显著的降低作用。依据体检结果开展针对性地健康教育与指导,是健康干预的最佳时机。Objective To observe the intervenient effects of health education upon chronic diseases-related parameters and to discuss the approaches and methods to carry out health education to the health examinees after health examination. Methods Health examination results of 237 teachers in a key high school in Shiyan in 2004 and 2006 were selected to compare the incidence of 5 chronic diseases-related parameters including hemorheological test and evaluate the intervenient effects of health education upon chronic diseases-related parameters. Results A comparison between the two years' health examination results of the same group of teachers showed that, after intervenient measures of health education being taken, 4 of the 5 chronic diseases-related parameters were significantly improved, and the abnormality of the results of hemorheological, FL, blood pressure, BG, and blood fat tests were lowered from the original 44.30%, 37.97%, 17.30%, 18.99%, 36.71% to 18.99%, 18.99%, 16.03%, 11.81%, 15.19% respectively, all the differences except blood pressure (P〉0.05) being significant (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Intervenient health education can lead to significant improvement of chronic diseases-related parameters, and conducting tailored health education and instruction according to the examination results is the best approach of health intervention.
