医疗废物暂存场所消毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的了解5000mg/L有效氯对医疗废物暂存场所的消毒效果。方法选用5000mg/L有效氯,对暂存场所室内及周围2m空气喷洒消毒。结果医疗废物暂存场所室内对照组菌落数14940.63cfu/m2,试验组菌落数377.44cfu/m2,二组差异非常显著(p<0.001);室外2m处对照组菌落数10065.26cfu/m2,试验组菌落数1918.69cfu/m2,二组差异非常显著(p<0.001)。结论对医疗废物暂存场所采用5000mg/L有效氯喷洒处理,消毒效果显著。Objective To know the disinfection effect of active chlorine（5000mg/L）on the temporary location for depositing medical rubbish. Method Spraying and disinfecting the inside of the temporary location and 2 meters around it with active chlorine（5000mg/L）. Results The quantity of indoor colonies （CK）of the temporary location for depositing medical rubbish is 14940.63cfu/m^2 ,the quantity of colonies （Tested）is 377.44cfu/m^2 , with very obvious diversity（p〈0.001）; The quantity of outdoor 2 meters colonies （CK）is 10065.26cfu/m^2 , the quantity of colonies （Tested）is 1918.69cfu/m^2 ,with very obvious diversity（p〈0. 001）. Conclusion The disinfection effect of active chlorine （5000mg/L）on the temporary location for depositing medical rubbish is very obvious.
