摘　　要：分类概述软胶囊囊壳材料的理化性质及对软胶囊稳定性的影响,其中包括明胶和各种替代材料以及非胶体材料(如增塑剂、抗氧化剂等添加剂)。The physico-chemical properties of soft capsule shell compositions, including gelatin, gelatin substitutes and non-gelling materials such as plasticizer, anti-oxidant and so on, and their effects on stability of soft capsules were surmnarized respectively.
