开放阅读是提高高校学报影响力的重要途径

摘　　要：目的推动高校学报开展开放阅读,有利于提高高校学报的影响力和社会效益。方法在简介开放阅读的概念,分析高校学报开展开放阅读的必要性和可行性的基础上,提出加入"科技图书文献资源共享平台"和"开放阅读期刊联盟"两种开放阅读的方式。结果实行开放阅读是由高校学报的学术性质所决定的,高校学报是以社会事业费和作者资助等社会资源维持出版的,其价值是其学术性而非商业性,因此没有理由为了赢利而拒绝更广泛地传播学术信息。结论开放阅读有利于提高高校学报的影响力,高校学报更应当回归学术,为学术研究服务。Object Promotion of open access in university journal proved beneficial to improve influence and social efficiency. Approach On the basis of introducing concept and analyzing necessity and feasibility of open access, the essay proposed two forms of participating＇ Sharing Platform of Scientific and Technological Library Classification and Document＇ and ＇ Union of Open Access Journals＇. Outcome Open access in the universities is determined by the academic features of university journals, which maintaining publication based on the social expense and authors＇ subsidizing, publishing for academic rather than commercial interests, so, no reasons to decline publicizing academic information. Conclusion Open access is beneficial for promotion of university journals＇ influence to regress academy and serving for academic research.
