摘　　要：测定了３５头青海白唇鹿的１９项血清生化指标。结果为：Ｎａ＋１３８．１±５．８４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｋ＋５．７５±０．７３ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｃａ２．４２±０．２０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｐ－２．３３±０．３８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｃｌ－１０２．２±６．０３ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，总蛋白８７．５０±６．１７ｇ／Ｌ，白蛋白５９．１８±６．９６ｇ／Ｌ，球蛋白２８．３４±５．２６ｇ／Ｌ，Ａ／Ｇ２．１９±０．５９，血清蛋白质组分（％）：Ａ６７．５７±５．７８，α１１．９０±０．８５，α２２．６５±１．１４，β８．５９±１．９４，γ１９．２９±４．０９，ＵＮ９．２４±１．４８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ＧＰＴ２８９．９±１０２．２ｎｍｏｌ·Ｓ－１／Ｌ，ＧＯＴ６２５．３±２４９．５ｎｍｏｌ·Ｓ－１／Ｌ，ＺｎＴＴ２．１２±１．２０孔氏单位，ＴＴＴ１．１８±０．３９麦氏单位，总脂５．５７±１．２５ｇ／Ｌ，总胆固醇３．８４±０．９４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，游离胆固醇０．９５±０．４０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，胆固醇酯２．８９±０．９６ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ。公鹿与母鹿的各项指标无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。serum biochemical parameters in 35 white lipped deers were measured. The results were as follows:\ Na + 138 1±5.84 m mol/L,\ K +5 75±0.73 m mol/L, Ca 2 42±0.20 m mol/L,P - 2 33±0.38 m mol/L,Cl -102 2±6.03 m mol/L,total protein 87 50±6 17g/L,albumin 59 18±6 96g/L,globulin 28 34±5 26g/L,A/G 2 19±0 59,fractions of serum protein(%):A 67 57±5.78,α 1 1 90±0 85,α 2 2 65±1 14,β 8 59±1 94,γ 19 29±4 09,UN 9 24±1 48m mol/L,GPT 289.9±102 2n mol·S 1 /L,GOT 625 3±249 5n mol·S 1 /L,ZnTT 2.12±1 20 Kunkels U,TTT 1 18±0 39 Maclagans U,total lipids 5 57±1 25g/L,total cholesterol 3 84±0 94m mol/L,free choresterol 0 95±0 40m mol/L,choresterol esters 2 89±0.96m mol/L There was no significant difference between the male and female deers in any examined parameters.
