摘　　要：目前,建筑节能技术已受到社会各界的重视,建造节能建筑的需要越来越迫切。以孝感市区的建筑(主要是居民住房)为例,分别就既有建筑节能情况、建筑节能情况以及主要开发商和公众(主要是正在购房者)的节能意识等方面进行了大量的调查工作,查阅相关资料,结合孝感地区的实际情况,提出了适宜的建筑节能措施。At present, some communities at all levels have already begun to attach importance to the building energy-saving technology and it is more and more urgent to build the energy-saving buildings. To take the buildings of resident＇s house in the urban area of Xiaogan as examples, the situations of building energy-saving for existing buildings and new buildings were introduced and the building energy-saving consciousness of major developers and the public were investigated. To look through relevant materials and combining the actual situation of Xiaogan area, the suitable measures for building energy-saving were put forward.
