摘  要:目的了解陶瓷填料与光催化剂对气体放电-光催化反应器净化效率的影响.方法通过理论计算、吸附实验和电容测试等方法对气体放电-光催化反应器所用的A、B两种陶瓷填料以及附着纳米TiO2光催化剂的B类陶瓷填料物理特性进行了分析.结果A类陶瓷的介电常数计算值大于B类陶瓷的计算值;介电常数的实验值为A类陶瓷<B类陶瓷<附着纳米TiO2光催化剂的B类陶瓷;B类陶瓷对含苯废气有吸附性,但吸附量较小.结论在本研究条件下,反应器中B类陶瓷的孔隙对含苯废气有直接吸附作用但基本不会提高反应器的降解率;由于B类陶瓷填料的孔隙对水或水蒸气有吸附作用,使其介电常数得到提高,进而提高了填料气隙间的电场强度、放电强度和反应器的降解率;纳米TiO2光催化剂有利于提高填料的介电常数和反应器的气体放电强度以及紫外线的产生强度,从而提高了反应器光催化的效果和对含苯气体的降解率.This article analyzes the physical properties of three kinds of ceramics padding(ceramic padding A and B as well as ceramic padding B with the nanometer TiO2 photocatalyst) which are used in the gaseous discharge-photocatalysis reactor through theoretical calculation, adsorption tests and electric capacity tests and so on. The result indicates that, the numeration value of dielectrical coefficient of ceramic A is bigger than B. The actual measure value of dielectrical coefficient is ceramics A〈 ceramics B〈 ceramics B whit the nanometer TiO2 photocatalyst; ceramics B can adsorb the benzene waste gas, but very small. The experiment result draws three conclusions: 1st, under this research condition, ceramic B in the reactor can adsorb the benzene waste gas, but it cannot enhance the degeneration rate of the reactor; 2nd, because small holes of ceramic B can adsorb water or steam, the dielectrical coefficient of ceramic B is then enhanced and the electric - field intensity as well as the discharge strength in the reactor can also be enhanced between the padding air gap, therefore the degeneration rate to the benzene waste gas can be enhanced;3rd, the nanometer TiO2 photocatalyst is advantageous to enhance the dielectrical coefficient of the ceramic padding, gaseous discharge intensity and the ultraviolet ray production rate in the reactor, thus enhance the reactor photocatalysis effect and the degeneration rate of the benzene wast gas.
