摘  要:目的研究HIP-SN陶瓷轴承套圈的磨削特性,提出改善氮化硅陶瓷套圈磨削效率和磨削质量的关键因素和条件.方法运用INV306DF振动采集仪在线监测HIP-SN陶瓷套圈在磨削加工中的振动信号,通过扫描电镜获得了磨削表面的SEM图.结果计算出Si3N4陶瓷临界磨削深度值dc为0.004 mm.由Coinv DASP2003进行频谱分析,得到不同转速下主轴单元振动幅频图.结论在实验条件下,提高砂轮速度有助于增加塑性变形,以获得较高的去除率;通过SEM图,得出陶瓷材料的去除机理包括塑性变形和延性切削;同时,适当地减小磨削深度、提高砂轮速度,将能够实现陶瓷的延性磨削、改善工件的加工质量.The anticle Introduced the excellent characteristic and researched significance of HIP - SN ceramic bearings and put forward the key factor of improving the grinding efficiency and quality of Si3N4 ceramic bearing rings. Theoretically it. discussed the physical and grinding characteristic of Si3N4 ceramic, calculated he critical grinding deep that needed. While grinding, we used the INV306DF vibration gathering apparatus to monitor the vibration signals, and analyzeit by Coinv DASP 2003. By grinding experiment, the vibration frequency diagram of grinding wheel axle was gained, along with the SEM chart of Si3N4 ceramic that grinded. By the analysis of SEM chart and vibration frequency diagram, we found relatively feasible grinding parameters. Sequentially, brought forward the key essence of improving the grinding efficiency and quality of Si3N4 ceramic bearing rings.
