摘 要:某高层混凝土框架结构,1994年按《建筑抗震设计规范》(GBJ10-87)进行设计,并在1999年建造至8层后投入使用,2003年拟续建至18层,根据规定须按《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011-2001)进行续建设计。本文重点介绍该续建工程抗震设计中遇到的问题和解决的方法,指出增设钢支撑可改变结构形式,采用阻尼器可有效减小地震作用及减少加固工作量,并提出基于减震概念的抗震加固方法。One 18-story tall building of concrete frame structure, designed according to the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings (GBJ 10-87) in 1994, was constructed in two stages. In stage Ⅰ , It was built up to 8^th story, and then the building had been employed as a shopping mall since 1999 to 2003. In 2003, this building was going to be built up to 18^th story in continued stage Ⅱ . So, the entire building, including the existing parts (constructed in Stage Ⅰ ) and the remaining parts (be constructed in Stage Ⅱ ), must be. designed according to the upgrade Code for Seismic Design of Buildings (GB 50011-2001 ), and must be seismic appraised and be strengthened to meet the upgrade requirements'. In this paper, seismic appraisement and strengthening of this building are briefly introduced, specially focusing on the complicated issues and the solution. This practice research figures out that it is a good solution that changing structure type by means of setting some additional steel braces to "steel braced concrete frame" from "pure concrete frame", And it is also very helpful to set additional dampers to mitigate the earthquake action in order to meet the requirements of seismic strengthening of existing building. At last, a seismic strengthening method base on earthquake mitigation is suggested.
