摘 要:利用金红石型纳米TiO2优异的紫外线屏蔽性能,通过熔融共混法制备了纳米ZiO2/AlS复合材料,采用氙灯、高压汞灯等设备对改性后的ABS材料进行了人工加速老化实验。并借助TEM、FTIR以及SEM分析了纳米TiO2的表面修饰效果以及在ABS中的分散状态,同时对纳米ZiO2/AlS复合材料的冲击性能、色差、光泽以及分子量在老化期间的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,采用纳米TiO2复合改性后能够使ABS制品的力学性能在较长时间内得到保持,并较大程度地提高抗色变和保光性能;同时较大幅度地提高了ABS表层组织对紫外光损伤的抵抗作用,使ABS的光降解反应速度及程度得到有效抑制,最终延长ABS制品的户外使用寿命。Due to excellent ultraviolet shielding fuction of nano-rutile-TiO2, nano-TiO2/ABS composite is obtained by melted and mixed technique. Afterwards nano-TiO2/ABS composite is degraded by accelerated aging test with xenon arc lamp and high pressure mercury-arc lamp. Moreover modified effect of nano-TiO2 and dispersed status in ABS resin are gained by TEM, FTIP, SEM. Simultaneity some variational laws for nano-TiO2/ABS composite properties are also investigated during accelerated aging test, such as impacting property, color aberration, gloss percent, molecular mass and so on. It is noted that mechanics property of nano-TiO2/ABS composite can make maintenance for a long time, and that the ability of resisting color aberration and gloss percent retainment are improved greatly. Furthermore, the surface layer of nano-TiO2/ABS composite can withstand more ultraviolet damage in contrast to pure ABS. Which can restrain degradative rate and grade effectively, eventually can prolong the survice life of modifed ABS.
