摘  要:采用低温水热法,分别用溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTAB)和聚乙二醇(PEG-400)作为表面活性剂,合成了具有新颖结构的花瓣状和针状ZnO。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对花瓣状、针状以及四针状ZnO样品进行结构、形貌表征,用红外吸收光谱(IR)分析样品的红外吸收特性,通过IR-2型发射率测试仪测试样品在8~14μm波段的红外发射率。测试结果表明,花瓣状ZnO发射率最高,针状其次,四针状最低。利用粒子散射机制对形貌与发射率的关系进行了分析。Novel structures of flower-like and needle-shape ZnO were synthesized by a low temperature hydrothermal route with CTAB and PEG-400 as surfactants, respectively.The as prepared samples and tetrapod ZnO have been characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and infrared absorption spectrum (IR). The infrared emissivity in 8-14μm wave band of the samples were measured by IR-2 emissivity test apparatus.The results indicate that, the flower-like ZnO emissivity is highest, needle-shape next, Tetrapod lowest.Finally, the analysis to the relation of morphology and the emissivity was proposed by the particle scattering mechanism.
