摘 要:将160只14日龄雏鸡随机分为未感染对照组(I)、感染对照组(Ⅱ)、中药组(Ⅲ)和球敌组(Ⅳ)。除I组外,其余每只鸡口服感染8.0×104个E.tenella孢子化卵囊,对球虫感染0、3、6、9、12 d时的血清钾、磷、钙、铁含量进行了测定。结果表明:与I组比较,Ⅱ组血清钾含量在感染后3、6 d分别显著提高了44.81%(P<0.05)和130.28%(P<0.01);磷含量于感染后3、9 d分别显著降低了26.36%(P<0.01)和34.07%(P<0.01);铁含量在感染后6、9 d分别显著降低了37.12%(P<0.05)和35.07%(P<0.05)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清钾、铁含量虽然与Ⅱ组差异不显著,但在感染高峰期(6 d),钾含量分别降低了26.76%和35.28%;铁含量分别提高了39.64%和38.44%;磷含量于感染后9 d分别显著增加了45.00%(P<0.05)和61.11%(P<0.05),并与I组无显著差异。球虫感染及药物对血清钙含量无明显影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,中药和球敌能抵抗球虫感染,有助于保持血清矿物质含量的相对恒定。One hundred and sixty chickens of 14 day-old were randomly divided into unfected and control group ( Ⅰ ) ,infected control group( Ⅱ ) ,traditional Chinese medicine group( Ⅲ )and qiudi group( Ⅳ ). All chickens were orally inoculated with 8×10^4sporulated oocysts of Eirneria tenella each bird except chickens of group Ⅰ . The content of potassium, phosphorus ,calcium and iron in serum was measured on the 0,3,6,9,12 days post-inoculation (dpi). The results showed that as compared with group Ⅰ ,serum potassium in group Ⅱ increased significantly by 44.81 (P〈0. 05) and 130. 28%(P〈0.01) on 3 dpi and 6dpi,and phosphorus content decreased significantly by 26.36% (P〈0. 01)and 34.07%(P〈0. 01) on 3 d pi and 9 d pi,and iron content reduced significantly by 37. 12%(P〈 0.05) and 35.07% (P〈0. 05) respectively on 6 d pi and 9 d pi. As compared with group Ⅱ ,the contents of potassium,iron in group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ were no significant,but potassium content decreased by 26.76%and 35.28%, and iron content increased by 39. 64% and 38. 44%respectively on 6 dpi, the content of phosphorus increased by significantly 45.00% and 61.11% respectively on 9 d pi(P〈0.05). Coccidial infection and medicines had no significant effect on the content of calcium. The results implied that traditional Chinese medicine and qiudi could resist coccidial infection and keep the relative stability of minerals in serum.
