摘 要:在冷喷涂技术研究中,喷管内部及出口后的超音速射流流场直接影响喷涂效果,所以对该流场研究十分重要。通过建立二维数学模型,对超音速气-固两相流进行数值模拟。得到气体压力的分布,不同直径的颗粒在流场中速度、温度变化曲线,以及颗粒的存在对流场的影响。结果表明,颗粒直径在0.1~100μm范围内.粒径的变化对流场的影响较小。在简化模拟中,可以不予考虑。It is fairly important to focus on flow field during the research of cold gas dynamic spray technology, because the spraying effect is affected by the supersonic jet field of the nozzle inlet and outlet. Numerical simulation of the supersonic gas-particle two phase flow is accomplished by establishing two-dimensional model in the paper. The distribution of gas pres- sure, as well as speed and temperature of particle in different sizes is also obtained and the relationshi Pbetween the particle and gas is found. As a result, the particle of different diameters ranged from 0.1 to 100μm have little effect on the jet field is found in this paper. That am neglected in the simple simulation.
