低硅烧结技术的试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了在安钢原料条件下低硅烧结矿的试验研究。低硅烧结要解决的首要问题是烧结矿的强度。烧结试验结果表明,只要选择合理的原料结构、烧结矿碱度及烧结工艺控制参数,是可以在低硅烧结条件下生产出具有较高强度的烧结矿的。Test study of low SiO2 sinter is introduced under raw material condition in Anyang. The first program solved in low SiO2 sinter is sintering strength. The study and production results shows that higher strength sinter can be produced at low SiO2 sintering by selscting suitable structure of raw material, sinter basicity and process parameter.
