一种室温相变乳状液的制备及表征

摘　　要：以正十八烷作为室温相变材料，通过乳化剂的优选，将OP乳化剂、Span乳化剂及Tween乳化剂按照一定的比例配制成复合型乳化剂，并在一定的乳化工艺下，制备出了稳定性优良的O／W型室温相变乳状液。当复合型乳化剂HLB值为9．6时，所制备的相变乳状液呈浓牛奶状，内相粒径为1．09μm，在自然条件下贮存半年未出现分层现象。A O/W type room temperature phase change emulsion with excellent stability was prepareu wlm a certain optimized emulsification technology. In this kind of emulsion, n-octadecane was room temperature phase change materials, and complex type emulsfisifier was composed with OE Span and Tween emulsfisifier in certain proportion. When the value of Hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of complex type emulsfisifier was 9.6, the emulsion prepared was thick milky. This emulsion with internal disperse phase size of 1.09 micron didn＇t appear delamination after stored half year under natural condition.
