摘 要:采用机械合金化法,以Ti、Fe粉为原料制备TiFe基储氢合金。详细考察了机械合金化法制备TiFe纳米储氢合金的制备工艺,分析了球磨过程中球磨气氛、球磨介质、转速、球料比以及球磨时间等因素对产物性能的影响;采用x射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)及粒度分布等方法研究了合金体系的相结构、微观组织形貌和粒度等。The hydrogen storage of TiFe-based were synthesized by mechanical alloying and Ti, Fe powders were used as raw materials. In the process of experiment, the effects of grinding technology factors of TiFe hydrogen storage synthesized by mechanical alloying were studied and the effects of grinding atmosphere, grinding mediators, rotational speed, the ratio of TiFe hydrogen storage and grinding bails and grinding time on the properties of TiFe hydrogen storage were analysized. The phase structure, crystal structure and microstructure of different alloy systems were systematically investigated by means of XRD, SEM and the instrument of size distribution.
